Software Codes

The Icing Branch has a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary research effort aimed at the development of software tools that can aid aircraft manufacturers, sub system manufacturers, certification authorities, the military, and other government agencies in assessing the behavior of aircraft systems in an icing environment. Software products available include LEWICE, LEWICE3D, and SmaggIce. The Icing Branch makes these various software products available to qualified requesters. Please follow the links below to find out more information about these software tools.
